How It Works

Step 1: Start Your Trade-In

Begin by selecting your device and its condition, then enter your email to get your offer.

If you have multiple devices, just click "Add Another Item" to include them in your order.

Once you've added everything, choose your payout method--the most common options are PayPal and bank transfer.

  • PayPal: Enter your PayPal email. Payments are processed in 24-48 hours.
  • Bank Transfer: We will send you a secure processing link once we receive your device.

Click "Lock In Offer" to finalize your trade-in. This will instantly generate a free prepaid shipping label, available on the checkout page and emailed to you.

Step 2: Ship Your Device

First, factory reset your device--it takes less than a minute.

  • Go to Settings → General → Reset and follow the steps.
  • Make sure to remove your Apple or Google account before shipping.

Now, pack your device securely:

  • You can reuse any box or padded mailer (old Amazon packages work great).
  • Place the powered-off/reset device inside and secure it with bubble wrap or newspaper.
  • If you don't have a box, the post office sells inexpensive mailers designed for smartphones.

After packing, print and attach your shipping label, then drop it off at the carrier listed on your label (usually USPS).

Step 3: Get Paid

Once your device arrives at our processing facility, we'll inspect it to ensure it matches the condition you selected.

  • If everything checks out, we'll send your payment within 24-48 hours.
  • If the condition doesn't match, we'll send you a new offer via your customer portal.

If you accept the new offer, we'll send the updated payment. If you decline, we'll ship your device back to you free of charge.

As long as your device matches what you selected, you'll receive the full quoted amount.

⚠️ Many people miss screen scratches! To avoid surprises, check your screen under bright light at an angle--scratches can be the difference between a Good, Average, or Fair condition offer.
